Guys Trip and Bachelor Party Itinerary in Myrtle Beach Area

We recently covered how to plan the perfect bachelorette party on our blog, and today, we are doing the same thing for the guys. If your idea of a fun bachelor party includes staying in a luxury vacation home, playing golf at award-winning courses, reeling in trophy fish, and sipping drinks by the pool – then, boy, do we have the destination for you. Start planning your dream guys’ trip or bachelor party in the Myrtle Beach Area using this 7-day itinerary: 

Day 1 – Arrival & First Tee Time at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club

Our group rolled into town and checked into our luxury BASK Away vacation rental, Freedom Point. Upon arrival, our fridge was fully stocked thanks to the Groceries Ahead services arranged by the concierge team. 

With no errands to run, we hit the ground swinging at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club. Known for its legendary 13th hole (“Waterloo”), this Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course is a Myrtle Beach icon and set the tone for the week ahead.

After a day on the course, we returned to our rental for drinks by the pool. The perfect kickoff to an incredible weekend!

Day 2 – Offshore Fishing with First Response

At sunrise, we boarded with Captain Jason May of First Response Fishing for a 12-hour offshore charter—and it didn’t disappoint. Big fish, big laughs, and even bigger bragging rights.

That night, a private chef came to our rental and prepared a hearty pasta feast for us. The perfect meal after a full day at sea.

Day 3 – Golf at True Blue & Backyard Grilling 

Back on the fairways, this time at True Blue Golf Club—a bold, creative course with wide fairways, dramatic elevation changes, and greens that tested our skills. The guys loved the fast pace and forgiving layout, which made for a fun, competitive round.

That evening, we decided to make our own dinner with the groceries we had delivered earlier that week. We fired up the propane grill and grilled some fresh seafood and vegetables while listening to music. Then, we sat outside and enjoyed our meal together while soaking in the ocean views. 

Day 4 – Chill Beach Day & Night Out at Causeway Bar

After a couple of busy days, our group opted for a slower start with a day at the beach. BASK Away had chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for us, and we spent the day relaxing in the sun and playing cornhole on the beach.

As night fell, it was time to rally. We headed to PopStroke at Broadway At The Beach for mini-golfing and drinks. Then, we headed to Causeway Bar for a laid-back night of karaoke, pool tables, cold drinks, and local energy. It’s the kind of place where your buddy who can’t sing somehow ends up being the star of the night.

Day 5 – Golf at Caledonia & Private Bar Night

Golf day three took us to the stunning Caledonia Golf & Fish Club. Draped in Spanish moss and southern charm, this course is as scenic as it is challenging—easily one of the most beautiful courses we’ve ever played. 

That evening, we skipped the crowd and brought the party home with a private mobile bar experience. Our bartender created custom cocktails for us, which made the whole night feel that much more luxurious and fun.

Day 6 – Jet Skis, MarshWalk & Live Music

Adrenaline was back on the menu with jet ski rentals from Crazy Sister Marina. We had a ton of fun zipping around the open water, soaking up the sunshine, and exploring the stunning coastline. We followed this with bar-hopping along The MarshWalk. Waterfront views, live music, and cold drinks kept the vibe alive.

Dinner came with a view—at Wicked Tuna in Murrells Inlet, before heading back to the rental home.

Day 7 – Brunch & Farewell

We checked out of our vacation home at 10 am and then headed to the Dead Dog Saloon for brunch and Bloody Marys. After one last walk on the beach, we headed home and shared memories of the weekend’s best moments.
