Pool can ONLY be heated from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - October 31st for an additional fee of $350 + tax. During this period, pools cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees, even at night. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PETS
This is a pet friendly home and accommodates up to 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must be at least one years old and not weighing more than 35lbs. There is a $200 pet fee for one dog, and a $400 pet fee for two dogs. No more than two dogs will be approved per reservation and the quantity must be entered at the time of booking. Violators will be handled at the owner's discretion.
