Designed by renowned coastal architect G. M. (Skip) Wallace Jr., this 3,600-square-foot oceanfront residence blends timeless Lowcountry architecture with elevated modern comfort. Perfect for large families and group getaways, the home features two spacious living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and seamless indoor-outdoor living designed to maximize ocean views and gathering spaces.

Outside, guests enjoy a private resort-style setting with an oceanfront pool, wading pool, hot tub, expansive lawn, covered porches, and multiple lounge and dining areas overlooking the Atlantic. Thoughtful annual enhancements continue to elevate the experience, including new 2026 additions such as a putting green and ping pong table, along with guest favorites like an elevator, outdoor shower, fenced yard, and multiple outdoor entertainment spaces. PRIVATE POOL (10 x 20) and WADING POOL (10 x 10)
Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $350 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat.
