Professionally designed by Salem Designs, Second To None features sophisticated coastal interiors, luxury finishes, and amenities rarely found together in one vacation home, including a private pool, heated spa, sports court, fitness room, game room, outdoor bar, elevator, fire pit, and multiple outdoor gathering spaces.

PRIVATE POOL
Pool heat is available for $600 + tax (April 1-May 31, September 1-October 31), only if temperatures are above 60°F even at night

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures (day and night) are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.

Pool & Spa Heat Disclaimer
This home offers pool heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. For the spa, this is not a stand-alone hot tub, it is part of the open-air pool system and may be affected by weather or unexpected equipment issues. If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
