PRIVATE DOCK
Guests are welcome to enjoy the dock for relaxation and boat docking. Please note that water levels drop significantly at low tide, which may affect dock access. Be sure to plan accordingly to ensure a safe return to the dock.

HIGH TIDE
Occasionally, high tides—especially during king tide events—may cause temporary road flooding near the home. While this may briefly impact road access for about an hour, the house and driveway remain unaffected.
