With its open concept layout, hanging out as a group is a breeze. The wall of windows flood the space with natural light that adds an extra bit of warmth to the home. With a large flatscreen TV, cozy couches, and even a foosball table, the living room has everything you need to kickback, relax and enjoy family or friends.
Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy views of the ocean on the newly built front porch or head out to the private pool and bask in the sun.
Juts a few blocks away you will find the Garden City Pier and on Atlantic Avenue, the arcades, shops, and restaurants.

PRIVATE POOL
Pool can ONLY be heated from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - October 31st for an additional fee of $250 + tax. During this period, pools cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees, even at night. NO EXCEPTIONS.
