This beautiful coastal home offers stunning ocean views, private beach access, a professionally maintained pool with kiddie pool and hot tub, multiple gathering spaces, an elevator, expansive balconies, and a large chef-style kitchen perfect for entertaining. PRIVATE POOL 20' x 16',3' to 5' in Depth
Open year-round. Seasonal pool heating is available during the spring and fall months (April 1–May 31 and September 1–October 31) for an additional $450 + tax per week. Pool heat is most effective when both daytime and nighttime temperatures remain consistently above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your arrival (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before requesting pool heat.

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year-round. Because it is open-air, heating is most effective when temperatures remain consistently above 60°F, day and night.
