Adjacent to the kitchen is a private enclosed dining area, perfect for family dinners or transforming into a quiet office for remote work.

The entire third level serves as a private retreat, featuring a spacious king bedroom with a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, as well as a cozy private room equipped with a sofa queen bed, fireplace, and kitchenette. This versatile space can also double as a second living room if the queen sofa bed is not needed, offering a comfortable area to relax, watch TV, or enjoy quiet moments. Step out onto the covered balcony for stunning ocean views—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The backyard is an entertainer’s dream, complete with a private pool surrounded by pavers, a charming picket fence, and plenty of seating for sunbathing or relaxing. Fire up the grill for a seafood feast or unwind in this tranquil outdoor space after a day at the beach.

This pet-friendly home allows up to 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must be at least 1 year old and weigh 35 lbs or less. A $475 + tax non-refundable fee per dog is required at booking, and the number of dogs must be specified at that time. Exceeding the pet limit is subject to the owner’s discretion.
